Eric Bailey will be our evening the 2018 Professional Development Seminar. He is the creator of The Principles of Human Understanding™, a leadership and communication methodology brain science and psychology. Eric’s unique style blends fact and emotion and finds ways to appeal to the analytical thinkers, the emotional feelers, and everyone in between. Eric has been featured on Huffington Post, Forbes, Like a Real Boss Podcast and has helped leaders and teams across North America see common problems from new and different perspectives. Eric has worked with a growing list of partners including Google, US Air Force, AZ Women Leading Government, The City of Phoenix, Los Angeles County, and many more. Eric also hosts a YouTube series of 2-minute leadership lessons called The Walking Meeting (www.TheWalkingMeeting.com). When not working or researching, Eric enjoys road cycling with his wife, Jamie and their three children in Phoenix.
